4. Fair Play Policy

• Intentional disconnections are subject to penalties
• Multiple violations may result in permanent ban

5. Content and Conduct

• Users are responsible for all content posted through their account
• Offensive or inappropriate content is prohibited
• Impersonating other players is not allowed
• Sharing personal information of others is forbidden

6. Points and Rewards

• Points are earned through tournament participation and performance
• Points distribution is determined by tournament rules
• Points and rewards cannot be transferred between accounts
• Administrators reserve the right to adjust points for fair play violations

7. Privacy Policy

• User data is collected and stored securely
• Email addresses are used for account-related communications only
• PSN IDs and tournament results are publicly visible
• Users can request their data deletion by contacting administrators

8. Modifications to Service

FIFA Ultimate Cards reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

FIFA Ultimate Cards and its administrators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any related content.
